On a positive note, not only have I lost 5lbs., but 6 1/2" combined (chest, hips, waist). So excited with this progress. I am hoping to weigh again today to hopefully have more exciting news for you.
Below is a picture taken at Destin, FL a few years ago. Considering the heat I would love to be relaxing with the cool ocean breeze. But instead of Destin, the pool will have to do!!!!
